Iri Management’s Training Plan for Local Banks, in conjunction with CABEL HOLDING SRL, concentrates on both specific banking issues (technical, procedure and executive aspects) and on relating and the emotions. We believe that in local banks it becomes easier to enhance those life skills which should be learnt in order to relate to others (colleagues, customers) and to face the problems, pressure and stress of working life.
