When dealing with “open learning” we are not simply referring to a single training method, but to a series of learning systems which can guarantee easy access and flexibility.

In an open learning system, services are provided both on site and through e-learning by our training structure and are designed to answer to the needs of the client in the most customizable and flexible way possible.

Our open learning training programs are based on a combination of in-class sessions and of assisted e-learning, through the use of training materials made in several formats (paper, audio, visual, software and a combination of all the above) for group or individual use by the participants.

Iri Management’s experience in the field of open learning dates back to 2002 and has been consolidated through the realization of multiple “blended” initiatives, the most relevant ones being the 18 editions of , the Master in General Management (lasting 18 months), for the Finmeccanica group.
