These are the Management Retraining Programme and the Enterprise Management Programme.
The two acronyms stand for training paths developed in the course of one whole year and which stand out because of their innovative nature compared to traditional forms of training.
The subjects dealt with during the two semesters are chosen following research, talks and interviews with company executives and management experts.
For each subject a particularly significant case, article or study is chosen and made available to participants before class discussion. In this way thoughts and comments can be put forward via Internet on a dedicated forum.
Interaction with the programme’s staff makes possible the development of discussions mediated by experts in the field, who will then be present in class to further develop the high profile discussion directed at the exchange of know-how among al the participants.
