• Traditional class training/teaching
• Long Distance training/teaching
• Blended (integrated training/teaching ), a mixed mode consisting of both class and long distance training tools such as e-learning

This complex teaching typology employs tools entirely developed by Iri Management for constant analysis, monitoring and orientation activities aimed at addressing resources towards an effective form of learning.
Course duration depends on the chosen type of teaching and ranges from less than a week (e.g. courses in air travel safety, in finance and control for non-specialists, on Microsoft applications, etc.) to weeks and, when necessary, months (Master in Public Management, Master in General Management, etc.)
