Training and Local Institutions: Vouchers.

For several years now the “Training Vouchers” system has represented a significant change in training policies financed by Local Institutions (Regional and Provincial Government).

The system functions as follows: Local Institutions define the training offer with a catalogue of available courses developed and offered by Universities, Academies, Research Institutions, Training Institutions and Institutes recognized by Regional Governments. Citizens then receive public financing individually and join their chosen courses.

This criterion allows Local Institutions to define and qualify their training offer and allows the beneficiaries to choose courses featuring contents and fruition modes in accordance to their individual needs and inclinations and which are, on the whole, most effective for their professional growth.

Only last year Iri Management, being a Training Institute Recognized by Regional Government, has developed and set up training projects which saw the participation of over 700 individual learners.
