Iri Management’s training approach moves from the distinction between the three main varieties of knowledge:

codified knowledge
know-how (operational and procedural knowledge)
knowing how to be (ability to understand the context one operates in and to adopt appropriate behaviours)

The classification of the Institutes training offer is based on the combination of these three aspects:

Managerial Skills Area
Relational Skills Area
Specialist Skills Area

The teachings involved in the three areas fulfil the learners’ need to acquire knowledge and skills relevant to the tasks they are faced with in their present or future working life.

Specialist Skills Area
Subjects interested in the sphere of operational activities will be able to choose training solutions finalized to supplying thorough technical and specialist abilities in the areas they operate or will operate in (production, administration, human resources, marketing, procurement).

Relational Skills Area
The professional skills that require interaction with the (internal or external) environment will follow learning processes targeted towards the growth of relational skills (communication, negotiation, conflict management, time building, self-efficacy, public speaking ).

Managerial Skills Area
Resources involved in managerial roles are targeted towards training approaches dedicated to management and organisational skills in the coordination of all types of company sectors (project management, financial & control management, time working, leadership, decision making, etc).
Ad hoc training paths will be set up for each sector. Teaching is provided in the form of Attendance Training, Long Distance Training or Blended Training (class attendance and distance).
