Iri Management was born in the early sixties as the Business School of companies which belonged to the Iri Group and immediately established itself as one of the most prestigious institutes for manager training in Italy.
Throughout its history the Institute has trained generations of industry managers and executives of state-owned enterprises, private companies, and of the Civil Service.
The nineties saw Iri Management developing, together with other companies of the Group, a process of transformation which led to adopting new strategic and market orientation lines.
In 2000 the Institute began to undergo a privatization process, which has deeply changed its organizational structure.
The Institute today offers high-level managerial know-how, aimed not only at training but also at organizational consultancy, human resources development and recruiting.
